		<description>Sam, you really hit the nail on the head!  Too many times we forget that people buy products/services from people...PEOPLE! 

I&#039;ve been is sales for quite some time now, and I learned fast that I needed to get my personality out in the open as fast as possible be to most successful.

Now, I am on the other side of the desk as a business owner and I can&#039;t tell you how many solicitations I receive a day.  Just as you said, the people that are getting my business are those with the personalities.  The guy who makes me laugh, the girl who related with me on a personal level.
